Bindings mounted incorrectly. Skis returned. Précision Ski handled the problem well. However, a quality control before sending the product could have highlighted the problem and avoided sending it back. Disappointed not to have been able to take advantage of the sales that have taken place in the meantime, even though the product still hasn't arrived...

Shipment and receipt of the parcel within the time specified and corresponding to the order. However, you can't go back once the order has been placed, even within a few minutes. It's impossible to change the relay point, for example, and customer service (e-mail) isn't very understanding (no apologies) following a request on this subject.
