The day after my delivery, I received a code for a 20% discount. I emailed to see if they could apply the discount or if I should cancel and reorder, but no sound, no picture. A bit disappointing.

Too thin and too light for the price! It even looked like the package (in a simple plastic box) was empty. Disappointed with this purchase. Much too expensive for this purchase.

Nothing to say about the product, but why offer gift-wrapping (for a fee!!!) if you're going to make a botched gift-wrap with scraps of paper that don't even cover the contents?

The site is impeccable in every respect. Attractive prices compared to other sites for the same product. Fast shipping and great care taken with the package. The only drawback is that the technical description of the product is a little superficial. It seems to me that for a helmet, weight is an important element to take into account. Unfortunately, this was not included in the description. It turns out that upon receipt, it weighed 550 grams, which is a lot for a helmet that's said to be light, whereas other helmets weigh only 430 grams. As such, I'm a little disappointed.

Very serious site with interesting prices, but my first oakley mask that I ordered I received with a manufacturing defect at the level of the screen, they made me an exchange, the new one that I received does not have manufacturing defect it is niquel and normal, except that the glass inside is scratched, which disgusts me a little for a mask with more than 115 euros which is supposed to be new. If it had been small scratches on the outside, I wouldn't have said anything, because he'll see other scratches, but here it's on the inside, it's a mess, it's not very aesthetic, it's like a little circle 0.5cm in diameter (or a little more) in one corner with micro-scratches (they're not deep), but fortunately the scratches don't bother me when I put the mask on, I don't see them at all or hardly at all, so I keep the mask, I don't want to go to the trouble of sending it back again.
