Excellent product arrived without a scratch. The pastries are very beautiful and of nice size (8cm). We followed the cooking advice and the result delighted us. We highly recommend the site as well as the quality of the products. Thank you and see you soon for another order.

I have not received my package
Translated reviews
Response from Prêt à Garnir
Hello Martine,
We are sorry to hear that the delivery of your order did not go as planned.
The carrier indeed dropped off your package at another pickup point, as the one you selected was temporarily closed. This procedure is provided for in their general sales conditions, in order to avoid an automatic return of the package and to allow you to retrieve it as soon as possible.
We completely understand the inconvenience caused and that you do not wish to travel to another city. However, we unfortunately have no control over the substitution choice made by the carrier.
We hope you understand that this situation does not depend on us and that it in no way reflects the quality of our service.
Best regards,
Charlotte and the Ready to Garnish Team

Translated reviews
Response from Prêt à Garnir
Hello Magali,
Thank you for taking the time to share your opinion. We are delighted that you are satisfied with our products and our company. However, we fully understand your disappointment regarding the delivery conditions.
We want to clarify that we have shipped your order carefully several times, and it is regrettable that the transport did not meet expectations. When, as you mentioned, a delivery person throws packages over a gate, it obviously does not reflect our quality standards. In this case, it is important to report the problem directly to the carrier so that they can be sanctioned and it does not happen again.
We remain at your disposal for any further assistance and do our utmost to ensure that your future deliveries go smoothly.
Have a nice day
