Poor commercial quality: product that oxidizes upon opening but refusal to take back unopened boxes, refusal to apply legal retraction and redirects to the producer. Fortunately, the consumer service of Hills is top-notch.

I did not understand why, with over 100 € of purchases, only delivery to a relay point and not delivery to my home was free, knowing that deliveries are made by colissimo and that my mailbox allows me to receive my order.

The received order is incomplete. Place des vetos refuses to send or refund the product that would be out of stock. Beware of false commercial offers on their site. Lamentable customer service, inability to recover your money.

I was able to easily find the products (without a prescription of course) that I was looking for. The prices are average, quite affordable. The delivery is just top-notch: order placed on Monday and received on Thursday. So really nothing to complain about in terms of timing. The only thing one might regret is the minimal price difference between delivery to a pickup point and home delivery, but the shipping rates, overall, are below those offered on other sites. So... the choice is quickly made anyway.

Order of 6 tablets of a dewormer for my dog, paid for 6 and received 4 tablets, called customer service on Monday to report the error, they told me no problem, we will send you 2 more, I specified that I am going on vacation Friday and that I can give them the address of my vacation home, but they assured me that I would receive my tablets well before, and well I am very disappointed no package with the tablets and no way to know if they will be in my mailbox during 3 weeks of vacation. Very disappointed!!!

An efficient service as the package was damaged by postal services and the return of the package by Produits Veto was quick and very well packaged. A customer service reachable and French which facilitates communication.
