Dear Sir or Madam, I picked up my package at the relay point. Very well packaged, bubble wrap taped... However, when unpacking I noticed that the bottle cap was broken.. Not practical... Now regarding the product I will see its effectiveness in use..

Easy to use with real people in case of complaints. For the order, it's better to place it at the beginning of the week to be delivered quickly (no shipping on Saturday for an order placed on Friday).

It took me 3 weeks to receive my package because there was a problem with Mondial Relay. I contacted the site's customer service to find out more and they replied the next day to tell me they would make a claim, so thank you for being so responsive and for doing what was necessary.

bad choice of carrier. package dropped off 10km from my home, without asking my opinion. Big hassle to retrieve the package as I had no means of transportation at that time. Abandon chronopost with them there are only problems

Good evening, your products are good but I am absolutely not happy with the transport part. I paid for urgent delivery for 04/07 while my order was placed on 02/07/25. I was only delivered on 08/07 without anyone getting back to me to indicate if there was a problem. Nothing, and when I sent an email worrying about the non-delivery on 07/07, well barely an apology and no commercial gesture proposed. I had placed another order on another site the same day and had the same issue except that they apologized and opened a dispute file and offered me 2 choices to remedy the non-fulfillment of the delivery on time. I am used to Produits-veto.com but this time it doesn't work.

We apologise for the issues with these parcels. We have just contacted the carrier again regarding delivery times. We have also contacted our account manager at Colissimo to speed up the resolution of these issues.

As you know, this is beyond our control. As previously stated, you can deal directly with the carrier by arranging for them to collect the parcels from our premises. We ship orders for some customers via UPS or DHL. This allows you to use the carrier of your choice, with a direct contract and favourable pricing terms.
