For my first order, I was a bit worried about the delivery because I also work with Mondial Relay, unlike my packages which are either dropped off at partner stores or by myself in a locker. I found it strange that I received an email saying it had left when it was still with you on Mondial because your intermediary does not drop off the package directly but says it has left if I receive this email. Personally, not great, and I was surprised at the finalization of the purchase. Initially, we were at 12 euros and in the end at 19. You should directly include the price with VAT during our purchases and not at the finalization. Fortunately, I am below the veterinary price. After that, it’s a choice if it’s really urgent or not. I think I will keep your site in favorites for future purchases. Best regards, Mr. VERBEKEN. Sorry for the spelling mistakes, I am not French.
