Protennis consistently delivers fast shipping and reliable delivery times, with many reviews noting items arrive quickly and in good condition, often matching descriptions and sizes. The store also highlights strong customer service and support, described as responsive, business-oriented, and helpful in processing orders, returns, and inquiries. Customers frequently commend the purchasing experience itself, including smooth ordering, clear communication, safe packaging, and efficient refunds when needed. Overall, the store's practical efficiency, accurate product fulfillment, and supportive staff emerge as clear strengths.
Nothing to complain about the order and delivery. However, for two frames ordered at the same time, the difference in specifications is huge (6g in weight, 0.5cm in balance, and 15kg/cm2 in inertia). I know it's not your fault and it's due to production quality, but for a specialized store, you could at least try to find 2 frames that are closer before delivery. Best wishes.

Unfortunately, the product was not clearly described. An important addition was missing in the description, which was crucial for the shoe. Nevertheless, Protennis insists that I have to bear the return shipping costs for this. Really a shame.

I ordered a pair of black Wilson tennis shoes and received them in white. I returned them with the return slip. I am waiting for them to send me the correct ones. I find the site not great.

More than two weeks of waiting when the delivery was 24/48h, in addition to ignoring my emails. I neither recommend it nor will I use it again.
