I ordered a racket that seemed to be of good quality, but at the first hit I knew it wasn't for me and your site does not accept returns even though it still has everything except the plastic around the handle... I find that quite scandalous as everywhere else we can try and we have a right of withdrawal. I will not order from you again as it is not possible to try the equipment and return it even after two hits.

Nothing to complain about the order and delivery. However, for two frames ordered at the same time, the difference in specifications is huge (6g in weight, 0.5cm in balance, and 15kg/cm2 in inertia). I know it's not your fault and it's due to production quality, but for a specialized store, you could at least try to find 2 frames that are closer before delivery. Best wishes.

Unfortunately, the product was not clearly described. An important addition was missing in the description, which was crucial for the shoe. Nevertheless, Protennis insists that I have to bear the return shipping costs for this. Really a shame.
