Item as described, it was a pair of Nike shoes but disappointed because I think someone has already worn them at least once... they are not damaged but the soles underneath were dirty as if they had been worn outside...

An order placed on the 18th and received on April 29th! The delivery person only took charge of the package on Tuesday (order placed 3 days before). UPS changed pickup points 3 times and I had to pick up my package 15km from my home. Very disappointed.

Not at all satisfied with customer service. Not at all commercial practices regarding the promotional code that was assigned to me as compensation for the current promotion that I missed. The code was initially cumulative and as soon as I sent an email to ask if it was, it suddenly became non-cumulative. Moreover, it was deactivated even though I haven't even returned my product yet. Really very disappointed with customer service.

A problem with my order because sneakers were unavailable... but after very good advice, here I am with a new pair that is great... I don't regret listening to their advice... The score of 4 comes from the time it took to get my new shoes (3 weeks), it's a shame but I will continue with them because their prices are highly competitive and especially they are very good advisors and very pleasant on the phone

Not at all satisfied. We got the wrong handle size and they didn't want to change the racket or let us add money to adjust it to the right size. It was impossible to exchange with the lady on the phone who didn't want to hear anything. I thought there would be a suitable proposal especially for the price paid. Avoid.

Good evening, products are priced in line with average sellers. However, they are unreachable by phone and there is no response to emails. Be careful if you use a gift card, only the amount you add with a credit card determines your minimum amount to qualify for free shipping. Additionally, you can only use one gift card at a time. I have received no response on this matter.

I still haven't received my package. I had entered the reception center but the owner was on vacation so the package was sent to another UPS center without notifying me. I had to do some research to find out where my package was and when I showed up at this new store, I was asked for a QR Code to retrieve the package, which I didn't have because I never received a QR Code. And now I learn that the package has gone back to the Pro Tennis warehouses. So I'm waiting for the next steps hoping to receive my pair of shoes one day.

Thank you for the delivery at the end of my order, but there was a delay of one month compared to the timeframe announced at the time of purchase (48 hours), and I only started to receive information (supplier issue) and ongoing communication after several follow-ups, hence my average rating. Racket received in perfect condition and very well packaged. Fast delivery. Unfortunately, the order was not respected regarding the stringing. Stringing ordered in 4 knots with specific tensions and received in 2 knots. The stringing installation put stress on the frame (+7mm in length and -4mm in width. Comparison with the same new racket at the same tension). So regret about the installation, especially when choosing a quality multifilament.

I am not at all satisfied, I received two different shoes and at the moment, since 19/2/2025 of the order, I am still waiting for them to resolve the issue because before they send me the correct shoes again, they are waiting for the wrong ones to be returned to them. It probably works like this, but in the meantime, I do not have the shoes I bought and that I needed urgently...
