I bought a pair of sports shoes. To order the size of the shoes, I followed the size guide that was on the product, but when it arrived at my house, the size was too small. I had to return the product paying the shipping costs (€16). I understand that I have to pay the costs, as it is specified on the website, but I based my size choice on a document from your website, I don't think it's my fault that I chose the wrong size.
