Return shipping at our expense

I ordered a product that was not available, I really wanted it! They sent me an email to apologize and to see if I would like to change it, I preferred to call directly on your number but for 48 hours no one picked up, several attempts to change the product and finally I receive another email from the provider who sends the packages to tell me that the package has already been sent, without any confirmation that this has been done. In short, I received my products but the whole experience was not satisfactory.

Thank you very much for your excellent service.

Second order on this site, Head tennis shoes received almost 1 month after order following a delay from their supplier for which I received no communication without contacting them. Product OK with a few very slight defects but very interesting price.

The shipment was a bit long (2 weeks) but the price and the product are there!

Forget the first order which was stolen from me, satisfied with my second order, I would have liked to have a commercial gesture for my 2 trips for nothing.

Order expected in 48/72 hours, received after a week, customer service almost unreachable (25 calls to get someone) answer, the supplier is late it's not our fault ... no apology, no offer, no gift of delay ... The prices may be lower than elsewhere, the rest leaves something to be desired

The item delivered was perfect, but there was a delivery problem. The deliveryman said he had come to my house, but I didn't move and didn't see him, so I had to go and collect my parcel from a transport company.

It is not acceptable for the buyer to pay for the return. I bought shoes cost me 80 euros and the shipping cost for the return would cost me 30 euros.

UPS needed too much time

Everything was good except delivery took a little longer than other sites. But nothing problematic.

Ordering online worked great. Delivery with UPS. Parcel was delivered in a Myflexbox for collection. An 8-digit code is required here. I did not receive this by email. Neither UPS nor ProTennis can be reached by phone. I sent an email to both companies asking them to send me the code. Unfortunately not a good service. Yours sincerely, M. Beck

A few days late but product conforms

I did receive my parcel, but 1 week and not 48 hours after my purchase as indicated on the site. Once I received the parcel, the size of the shoes was too small, so I sent you an email to the address indicated on your site to exchange them, but after 1 week I still haven't had a reply from you. I've also been trying to reach you all week, but nobody answers.

Items and prices well placed but delivery too long. Responsive contacts.

I am not satisfied with the experience for the following reasons: I contacted pro tennis explaining that I was going on vacation and I asked for information on delivery and collection times. They said ok and didn't respect the dates. The parcel was delivered while we were away. So I sent a friend to collect the parcel, which was put in a locker. But ups didn't send me a collection code. I called ups and spent a sum close to 25€ to call them from abroad with no result from them. They send me to a service that doesn't answer. My friend has been to the terminal 3 times, and it's nowhere near our house. For the moment we can't find a solution. So I'm not satisfied with either pro tennis or ups.

I am not satisfied with the delivery. The collection point indicated was not the right one! After emails and phone calls, I was finally able to pick up my parcel!
