Returns must be shipped to France at the buyer's expense and without any agreement with couriers, resulting in me having to spend 30 euros to return a pair of incorrectly sized shoes. I bought a pair of sports shoes. To order the size of the shoes, I followed the size guide that was on the product, but when it arrived at my house, the size was too small. I had to return the product paying the shipping costs (€16).
