I wanted to make a return and you don't provide any facilities. You don't have a return label and the return costs are so high that it's not worth it.

Package never received. I have been waiting for over 15 days and it seems the fault lies with the transport company that lost the package. In the meantime, a serious company would have sent me a new package rather than making me wait who knows how many more days? I imagine the package will never be found, I will receive nothing and I will have spent money for nothing.

Ease of online ordering, user-friendly site; small downside, upon receiving the order, the box was not well sealed! But fortunately, all the ordered items were inside.

Currently, I still do not have my package in hand. Blocked in a locker, due to a mishandling by the delivery person, GLS.

Great, I bought a gift for a friend, I also bought some grips for myself, unfortunately one was "damaged"/worn out, but the support proved to be able to solve the problem in the best way. Recommended!

No returns no refunds because the racket was unboxed. We realized that the racket was junior when unboxing it. But no possibility of returns. Thank you...
