Hello, I had to return my package due to a size error, I wear size 43 but this time the size was too small. (I didn't know the brand) The return is at my expense and adds 13 euros to the purchase. Returns must be shipped to France at the buyer's expense and without any agreement with couriers, resulting in me having to spend 30 euros to return a pair of incorrectly sized shoes. It is intolerable that this company does e-commerce throughout Europe without providing free returns or at least an agreement with an economical courier.

I bought a pair of sports shoes. To order the size of the shoes, I followed the size guide that was on the product, but when it arrived at my house, the size was too small. I had to return the product paying the shipping costs (€16). I understand that I have to pay the costs, as it is specified on the website, but I based my size choice on a document from your website, I don't think it's my fault that I chose the wrong size. I am not happy about that. Thank you.
