It's a shame that DPD delivers the chosen relay at 7:32 AM while it opens at... 11 AM; that DPD then chooses another relay without consulting the recipient and thus delays the delivery by two days...

I made this order to get the balls but in the end they were canceled for me while I have friends who received them. I am very disappointed.

Good price. The shipping is not that fast, at least when the racket can be shipped.

I would have liked to return the shoes because they were not the right size but unfortunately I no longer had the labels. Too bad

The shoes we bought show defects. Protennis does everything to avoid helping us further. Is it a counterfeit item? First and last time for protennis then.

The size does not fit. The 45 is too big, while I have always worn 45 in all other brands…

Fast, professional, it would definitely deserve 5 stars, but I take away just one star because the support phone number never answers, it's a shame, it gives, wrongly, a bad image of the site.

I was disappointed because despite the fact that on the site I was able to order and pay for a model, customer service contacted me to inform me that the desired product was not available, services then reactive

Hello, I had to return my package due to a size error, I wear size 43 but this time the size was too small. (I didn't know the brand) The return is at my expense and adds 13 euros to the purchase. It's a shame there are no return labels from your side. Otherwise, quality site, beautiful product. Have a nice day.

Returns must be shipped to France at the buyer's expense and without any agreement with couriers, resulting in me having to spend 30 euros to return a pair of incorrectly sized shoes. It is intolerable that this company does e-commerce throughout Europe without providing free returns or at least an agreement with an economical courier.

I bought a pair of sports shoes. To order the size of the shoes, I followed the size guide that was on the product, but when it arrived at my house, the size was too small. I had to return the product paying the shipping costs (€16). I understand that I have to pay the costs, as it is specified on the website, but I based my size choice on a document from your website, I don't think it's my fault that I chose the wrong size. I am not happy about that. Thank you.

The communication went well. However, the order (24-48h) was delayed and it was not clear what exactly was happening with the order. Once with the delivery person (GLS), it went 'too' well: too much communication :-)
