Racket well received despite the delay due to Black Friday. They are contactable if needed, which is reassuring. I take one star off for the choice of delivery person for which it is obligatory ups and if no one was in front of the store it would have left like that even though a sign said to knock for parcels.

I bought a pair of protennis shoes and the transaction went off without a hitch. A size error on my part was quickly corrected before shipping, and the response to my request was fast and efficient. The only downside was that the item was advertised as available and deliverable in 48 hours, but a supplier problem at the outset delayed shipment by 7 days. I will certainly recommend the site again!

I ordered a product that was not available, I really wanted it! They sent me an email to apologize and to see if I would like to change it, I preferred to call directly on your number but for 48 hours no one picked up, several attempts to change the product and finally I receive another email from the provider who sends the packages to tell me that the package has already been sent, without any confirmation that this has been done. In short, I received my products but the whole experience was not satisfactory.

It is not acceptable for the buyer to pay for the return. I bought shoes cost me 80 euros and the shipping cost for the return would cost me 30 euros.

Ordering online worked great. Delivery with UPS. Parcel was delivered in a Myflexbox for collection. An 8-digit code is required here. I did not receive this by email. Neither UPS nor ProTennis can be reached by phone. I sent an email to both companies asking them to send me the code. Unfortunately not a good service. Yours sincerely, M. Beck

Once I received the parcel, the size of the shoes was too small, so I sent you an email to the address indicated on your site to exchange them, but after 1 week I still haven't had a reply from you.
