My package was dropped off by DPD in a different location than the one I had chosen. Then it was taken over by Chronopost who did not re-deliver it since they do not know where it is. I went to the sorting center to pick it up. I called and sent many messages, including to Protennis. All the responses are the same: it's not our fault. When will I be refunded?

my package has just arrived with a 5-day delay and the package completely destroyed as per the photos sent. The shoes were a gift, the box completely destroyed. Furthermore, there was another address on the package, despite me indicating the correct one as stated on your invoice, which is why gls caused so much confusion and delay

Order placed on 23/4, normally delivery within 48 hours. Today 4/6 still nothing received. Supposedly delivered in a package box but no delivery confirmation from the carrier and the status is still on pending delivery. They were going to issue a refund when the package was back with them but still nothing seen.

I ordered a racket that seemed to be of good quality, but at the first hit I knew it wasn't for me and your site does not accept returns even though it still has everything except the plastic around the handle... I find that quite scandalous as everywhere else we can try and we have a right of withdrawal. I will not order from you again as it is not possible to try the equipment and return it even after two hits.

Unfortunately, the product was not clearly described. An important addition was missing in the description, which was crucial for the shoe. Nevertheless, Protennis insists that I have to bear the return shipping costs for this. Really a shame.

No free return, I also received two different messages regarding this, one says that I have to pay for the return myself, the second said they would send a postman, who really did not arrive.
