Products at a great price. However, shipping is a disaster! I ordered and paid on January 6th and received it 10 days later, on January 16th. It took too long. The important thing is that I received it, but the competition delivers much faster. Definitely faster.

The wait is way too long between what is announced on the site and what actually happens. They refer to working with GLS, I provided a verified address and I had problems picking up the merchandise as they told me they do not work with GLS when it appears on the Protennis website. Little information from the moment the order is placed until I can pick it up. They do not provide good information about where the order is until you can almost pick it up. It takes several days to prepare the merchandise for shipping and they do not provide good information about where the order is with the tracking number.
