Hello, I had to return my package due to a size error, I wear size 43 but this time the size was too small. (I didn't know the brand) The return is at my expense and adds 13 euros to the purchase. It's a shame there are no return labels from your side. Otherwise, quality site, beautiful product. Have a nice day.

Returns must be shipped to France at the buyer's expense and without any agreement with couriers, resulting in me having to spend 30 euros to return a pair of incorrectly sized shoes. It is intolerable that this company does e-commerce throughout Europe without providing free returns or at least an agreement with an economical courier.

I bought a pair of sports shoes. To order the size of the shoes, I followed the size guide that was on the product, but when it arrived at my house, the size was too small. I had to return the product paying the shipping costs (€16). I understand that I have to pay the costs, as it is specified on the website, but I based my size choice on a document from your website, I don't think it's my fault that I chose the wrong size. I am not happy about that. Thank you.
