Very satisfied with my purchase - the ability to customize the stringing is a big plus - I take away 1 star because I requested 4 knots and received my racket with a 2 knot stringing - it's not super impactful but I would have liked to test the 4 knots.

Little information from the moment the order is placed until I can pick it up. They do not provide good information about where the order is until you can almost pick it up. It takes several days to prepare the merchandise for shipping and they do not provide good information about where the order is with the tracking number.
