Very good price. Too bad the delivery is disappointing since I was delivered to a locker other than the one I had chosen.

Disappointing product, the sole of the shoe comes off after 1 use. Customer service does not respond to emails. The transport service is correct.

Ease of online ordering, user-friendly site; small downside, upon receiving the order, the box was not well sealed! But fortunately, all the ordered items were inside.

Too bad for the return because the shoes I bought were too big, too complicated to return, something like that.

Currently, I still do not have my package in hand. Blocked in a locker, due to a mishandling by the delivery person, GLS.

The gift worth €30 announced for the order is a real joke. The water bottle went straight to the trash because with a hole for air it is dangerous, water can go into the lungs. The cap is worth a maximum of €5, the sweatband is OK. All the gift products are Technifibre, no relation to the brand I chose for the shoes. A simple vibration dampener and 3 Yonex overgrips would have done the trick even for a value of only €10.

Item as described, it was a pair of Nike shoes but disappointed because I think someone has already worn them at least once... they are not damaged but the soles underneath were dirty as if they had been worn outside...

A problem with my order because sneakers were unavailable... but after very good advice, here I am with a new pair that is great... I don't regret listening to their advice... The score of 4 comes from the time it took to get my new shoes (3 weeks), it's a shame but I will continue with them because their prices are highly competitive and especially they are very good advisors and very pleasant on the phone
