No free return, I also received two different messages regarding this, one says that I have to pay for the return myself, the second said they would send a postman, who really did not arrive. Hello, I had to return my package due to a size error, I wear size 43 but this time the size was too small. (I didn't know the brand) The return is at my expense and adds 13 euros to the purchase. I bought a pair of sports shoes. To order the size of the shoes, I followed the size guide that was on the product, but when it arrived at my house, the size was too small. I had to return the product paying the shipping costs (€16). I understand that I have to pay the costs, as it is specified on the website, but I based my size choice on a document from your website, I don't think it's my fault that I chose the wrong size. I am not happy about that. Thank you.
