At first, no communication about the delivery delay. But once contacted, the customer service was responsive, merchandise arrived quickly and in good condition. Second order without any real issues. Just need to improve customer communication, so that it is anticipated and not forced.

Very satisfied with my purchase - the ability to customize the stringing is a big plus - I take away 1 star because I requested 4 knots and received my racket with a 2 knot stringing - it's not super impactful but I would have liked to test the 4 knots.

However, I fear that the size may be too large; I indeed chose XL which is the usual size of the person to whom I am giving this gift, but it seems that it is really wide. Since this is a Christmas gift and considering the current unavailability of a size L, will it be possible to exchange the product beyond the indicated 14-day period on your site if the size does not fit? Hello, thank you for Marie's advice on my future purchase of a pair of clay court tennis shoes. However, I must admit I am disappointed regarding the delivery because the pickup point changed and I had to travel more kilometers to retrieve my package! Moreover, the people were not really welcoming!!! Anyway, nothing important, but such details should be pointed out.
