Protennis consistently delivers fast shipping and reliable delivery times, with many reviews noting items arrive quickly and in good condition, often matching descriptions and sizes. The store also highlights strong customer service and support, described as responsive, business-oriented, and helpful in processing orders, returns, and inquiries. Customers frequently commend the purchasing experience itself, including smooth ordering, clear communication, safe packaging, and efficient refunds when needed. Overall, the store's practical efficiency, accurate product fulfillment, and supportive staff emerge as clear strengths.
Return costs are too high, I will not order from you again, because if the product is not suitable, it is not worth sending it back at our expense since there is no possibility to use Mondial Relay or other options...

I had to follow up because the order had not been processed. The UPS carrier is a disaster (faulty delivery information and delivery to another pickup point without informing us).

Racket received in perfect condition and very well packaged. Fast delivery. Unfortunately, the order was not respected regarding the stringing. Stringing ordered in 4 knots with specific tensions and received in 2 knots. The stringing installation put stress on the frame (+7mm in length and -4mm in width. Comparison with the same new racket at the same tension). So regret about the installation, especially when choosing a quality multifilament.

The item matches the description, except for the color (red) which is much less vibrant than in the photo. And instead of 48/72 hours for delivery, it took 10 days (issues with the supplier, yes maybe, but not cool.

An item is out of stock even though I was able to order it, and I did not receive any message informing me. I only found out when I opened a dispute indicating that I was missing an item and had to send proof!!! When you could have known from the start!

Thank you Protennis, very satisfied with the order. On the other hand, the carrier should be changed, DHL is a pain, the second time they screw me up with the delivery to the relay point, the second time I'm obliged to pick it up 10 km from my home.

We waited a little long for an intermediate status, but when the shipping started, we were also informed via UPS and were then reassured. The delivery was flawless.

Very good price and quick stringing of the rackets despite the holiday season. I did, however, take off one star because I had asked for 2 different strings and the deposit went through the roof!!!! But Pro Tennis customer service was responsive and I recommend this site.

The order went very well, processing and shipping were fast. However, the volume of the parcel is not taken into account when choosing a delivery point. As a result, I had to validate my order in an unsuitable locker, and the delivery company, without asking me beforehand, dropped my parcel off with a private individual working for them in another town. What's more, I received contradictory information concerning the whereabouts of my parcel. I therefore lost a lot of time (one day) to get the parcel. A mixed experience, then, and very little communication from the seller. I may repeat the experience, but I will refuse delivery by UPS!
