UPS of total nonsense!! Delivery to a different pickup point than the one mentioned! With a 1-day delay and all communication in English!

Good evening, products are priced in line with average sellers. However, they are unreachable by phone and there is no response to emails. Be careful if you use a gift card, only the amount you add with a credit card determines your minimum amount to qualify for free shipping. Additionally, you can only use one gift card at a time. I have received no response on this matter.

Thank you for the delivery at the end of my order, but there was a delay of one month compared to the timeframe announced at the time of purchase (48 hours), and I only started to receive information (supplier issue) and ongoing communication after several follow-ups, hence my average rating. However, in the end, the product is in accordance with the order. Thank you.

Return costs are too high, I will not order from you again, because if the product is not suitable, it is not worth sending it back at our expense since there is no possibility to use Mondial Relay or other options...

I had to follow up because the order had not been processed. The UPS carrier is a disaster (faulty delivery information and delivery to another pickup point without informing us).

Racket received in perfect condition and very well packaged. Fast delivery. Unfortunately, the order was not respected regarding the stringing. Stringing ordered in 4 knots with specific tensions and received in 2 knots. The stringing installation put stress on the frame (+7mm in length and -4mm in width. Comparison with the same new racket at the same tension). So regret about the installation, especially when choosing a quality multifilament.

The delay was longer than expected, but the order arrived, which is the main thing.

An item is out of stock even though I was able to order it, and I did not receive any message informing me. I only found out when I opened a dispute indicating that I was missing an item and had to send proof!!! When you could have known from the start!

Poor return procedure

The order went very well, processing and shipping were fast. However, the volume of the parcel is not taken into account when choosing a delivery point. As a result, I had to validate my order in an unsuitable locker, and the delivery company, without asking me beforehand, dropped my parcel off with a private individual working for them in another town. What's more, I received contradictory information concerning the whereabouts of my parcel. I therefore lost a lot of time (one day) to get the parcel. A mixed experience, then, and very little communication from the seller. I may repeat the experience, but I will refuse delivery by UPS!

The purchase, the shipping, the time, ... good. It does not seem normal to me that a racquet of these characteristics arrives without a cover, but it happens with other web then it will have to be like that. But I complain that the information should be improved because the racquet arrived without strings when it was not indicated.

Mixed opinion because received very quickly but the size is not consistent with other pairs of the same brand!

A bit disappointing, 15 days after the order I asked for news (because 0 events since the payment), I was quickly told that the product in stock was defective and that an order had been placed with the supplier. Another 15 days passed without any new information, so I sent a message again. No return, but the next day I received the tracking code and the next day the racket was there in good condition. Well, the order tracking is a bit average.

Item does not conform to photo. Delivered without rope when the item in the photo is presented with rope and there is no option at the time of purchase that specifies with or without rope.
