Overall, the store's practical efficiency, accurate product fulfillment, and supportive staff emerge as clear strengths.
Hello, I am satisfied with the quality of the product (Nike men's tennis jacket). However, I fear that the size may be too large; I indeed chose XL which is the usual size of the person to whom I am giving this gift, but it seems that it is really wide. Since this is a Christmas gift and considering the current unavailability of a size L, will it be possible to exchange the product beyond the indicated 14-day period on your site if the size does not fit? Thank you very much for your response. Best regards, Isabelle ALLOT

Hello, thank you for Marie's advice on my future purchase of a pair of clay court tennis shoes. However, I must admit I am disappointed regarding the delivery because the pickup point changed and I had to travel more kilometers to retrieve my package! Moreover, the people were not really welcoming!!! Anyway, nothing important, but such details should be pointed out.

Very good price. Too bad the delivery is disappointing since I was delivered to a locker other than the one I had chosen.

Ease of online ordering, user-friendly site; small downside, upon receiving the order, the box was not well sealed! But fortunately, all the ordered items were inside.

A problem with my order because sneakers were unavailable... but after very good advice, here I am with a new pair that is great... I don't regret listening to their advice... The score of 4 comes from the time it took to get my new shoes (3 weeks), it's a shame but I will continue with them because their prices are highly competitive and especially they are very good advisors and very pleasant on the phone

The item matches the description, except for the color (red) which is much less vibrant than in the photo. And instead of 48/72 hours for delivery, it took 10 days (issues with the supplier, yes maybe, but not cool.
