I reiterate what I mentioned in the product review:
The most commonly used method (shared on our Discord) is to adjust the tightening of the front controller support to allow for smooth forward and backward movement on the tube, without lateral play when detaching the cup. This requires a small adjustment, but it is currently the most popular solution among users.
This applies to both the MagTube gunstock and the ForceTube haptic gunstock.

The Provolver is kind of an expensive toy, it feels good in hand, but the reason to buy this is to feel immersed because of the recoil it simulates. Its just a weak rattling, comparable to the vibration of your phone. Not worth the money to spend.

While the amount of kick and rumble a person will want is subjective, it will never be able to simulate 1:1 the kick strength of a real handgun like an M9 or an SMG like an MP5 or P90. Setting aside how to design such a thing, the amount of power required, power draw required, etc., there is a limit to what a VR controller can handle and still maintain satisfactory tracking for proper gameplay. Additionally, not all different VR HMD brand controllers are made equally. Your mileage will vary controller to controller regarding sensitivity to kick and rumble, and how strong it can be without disrupting gameplay. Even the amount of this disruption is subjective user to user.
On SteamVR we have a Steam Companion App where users can adjust the strength of kick and rumble to their preference to mitigate this disruption.

Takes some getting used to and it's a bit pricy for some 3D printed parts and carbon fiber rods, but I cant argue with the quality and durability. Once you get used to it, it can turn you into a BEAST in FPS VR games
