Perfect, honestly a good product, the only downside for me is the fixings, maybe try a sliding system (for shotguns for example, it could be useful) But apart from that detail, the rest is top top 🙂
I reiterate what I mentioned in the product review:
The most commonly used method (shared on our Discord) is to adjust the tightening of the front controller support to allow for smooth forward and backward movement on the tube, without lateral play when detaching the cup. This requires a small adjustment, but it is currently the most popular solution among users.
This applies to both the MagTube gunstock and the ForceTube haptic gunstock.

I love the metal one I hated the plastic one I had
I only received one right-hand product for the controllers, it was the top attachment. It would have been nice to have both right and left hands??
I reiterate what I said about your review regarding the attachments as spare parts:
It is indeed on our side that it is lacking. The current lateral option allows you to choose between left hand or right hand, but not the complete pair. And the current visuals can indeed be misleading. We will correct this quickly by modifying the images and adding a "pair" option to avoid any misunderstanding.

The Provolver is kind of an expensive toy, it feels good in hand, but the reason to buy this is to feel immersed because of the recoil it simulates. Its just a weak rattling, comparable to the vibration of your phone. Not worth the money to spend.
On SteamVR we have a Steam Companion App where users can adjust the strength of kick and rumble to their preference to mitigate this disruption.
The product works, and really is adding experience towards some games. Only downsides are the customer service is not responding to my messages. Also the app seems to be popping up in my screen when playing - which can be annoying. And also the provolver seems to switch off itself when the battery is around 20% It seems the product could be improved. Especially for almost 400 euros.
Regarding the app popping up on screen when playing, the customer is referring to our Steam Companion App, showing up in their SteamVR view when playing a game. To solve this you go into SteamVR settings and disable theater mode for non VR apps. As SteamVR updates over time, the location, and name, of this setting has changed and may change again. This is not an issue with our app specifically, but an option within SteamVR itself the user can enable or disable.
At low % battery the device will not function as intended. At 20% (I think starting at 25%?) the LED changes from green to red to rapidly blinking red. At this state, it is recommended to charge back up again before continued use to avoid encountering the issues described by customer.

Takes some getting used to and it's a bit pricy for some 3D printed parts and carbon fiber rods, but I cant argue with the quality and durability. Once you get used to it, it can turn you into a BEAST in FPS VR games

I still can't get this thing to pair with compatible games or use the compatability app!!! Frustrating ,it should pair easily with compatible games instead having to turn off headset. ,reboot,etc A whole ritual just to get it to pair! Im really disapointed !!!I shouldn't have purchased!!!
There are over 60 supported titles across multiple platforms that have native support for our haptic devices (ProVolver, ForceTube).
