Change your delivery provider. The post is really no longer possible. We give instructions to pick up the package at a pickup point and not the delivery person comes back and of course it is up to us to go down and respond in a second otherwise the delivery person is already gone! It's really a shame because delivery is the last thing we remember! Otherwise, the purchase on the site went very well. Package very well packaged to avoid receiving the broken item!

Very nice products, order fulfilled very quickly. A small downside for the return procedure which differs from usual procedures (agreement email with return slip to print as an attachment, which avoids having to return to the site) and is not very intuitive. I would recommend this store without any problem.

More responsiveness, slightly shorter deadlines, and a card or loyalty points because when you buy several items for €660 you expect a return from the seller as well. For the service, nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the products and originality.

Shipping costs to Belgium are quite discouraging (***) for small accessories. The packaging is done carefully but with too much bubble wrap (let's limit the amounts of plastic). Products seem to be of good quality (time will have to confirm this).

The furniture was delivered with a scratch on the top, we reported it, except that it is the last piece of furniture in stock and an exchange is not possible. We find that 20% compensation is not up to par... it is still a high-end piece of furniture and you knew about the defect at shipment.

You also indicated in writing that "it was very well packaged". You also specified that you did not want a refund. Given that this model is out of stock, we had no choice but to offer you a discount. We proposed a 20% discount, and at no time did you indicate that this was not acceptable to you. Given your photo, the scratch is slight and occurred neither before shipping nor during transport. Nice product and correct timing - no problem before receipt _ but way too much packaging for such a small item _ sending it in an envelope would have been sufficient and unfortunately one piece out of 6 is non-compliant_these are nails at *** euros each, out of the 6, one is not compliant _ I sent an email, I am waiting for a response, thank you. Hello. Order delivered very quickly and the quality of the products is excellent. Just avoid sticking a Pure Deco label, about 6x4 cm on the back of the product that tears millimeter by millimeter when you want to remove it. Nothing more disappointing from a brand that seemed to pay attention to quality and its customers. Best regards.

I ordered an extremely fragile product. It arrived broken because it was very poorly packaged. It would have required additional precautions to avoid this kind of situation. What a shame for you and for me. Fortunately, I was lucky enough to find this product elsewhere which was delivered to me with individual packaging for each item to ensure its arrival in good condition.
