Hello, purchasing on your site is easy, navigation is pleasant and the products are well highlighted. The package arrived very well packaged and I am delighted with the quality and aesthetics of the bench I purchased. However, I regretted having to contact you for news about the delivery which was 3 weeks late. It is normal that during a pandemic deliveries are disrupted, however, an informative follow-up message (spontaneous) would have been appreciated given the price of the product. The delivery took a little longer than expected but the shelves arrived in perfect condition. However, the quality of the fixing screws was a bit disappointing: the head of two of them detached while they had not finished their course and we could not remove them from the plug and replace them.

Pretty product and quality. Fast shipping. The only downside is that the delivery company insulted me because the building to deliver is at the end of an alley. I opened the gate for him to deliver at the bottom of the building, he insulted me claiming that he only delivered on the street (more than 100m away). For a very bulky package, he left the package without waiting for me and threatened to leave with it if I was not happy. To check the package in the presence of the delivery person as stated on your site is quite inconvenient!!! Service to be reviewed.

I would have liked to be better informed about the delivery date. I did receive an email but a few days before delivery while the order was placed more than 15 days before. The site clearly stated that some items would only be available in 15 days but no information once the order was validated until a few days before delivery.
