Hello, delighted with everything even if I haven't received a response to my email asking for advice on the bulb to use for the purchased light fixture. Best regards

Very nice bathroom bin, but maybe just a little too big to be really distinguished... Original design.

The Tra-ra clothes rack is a bit light, to see in use. Otherwise, the rest is of acceptable quality for the price. A bit of additional delay in delivery.

Adapt the packaging to the product... I received an enormous box for ultimately a foldable rug with a plastic support that was not fragile, it could have been packaged differently to limit waste upon unpacking. (container) However, it was neat, little pink paper -> cute :-)

The products are of quality and in accordance with what was presented on the website. The selling price was very good. I was contacted by customer service who informed me that the product they received was a bit damaged and that they would send me another one. I found this attitude very commercial. Thank you!

Excellent contact with customer service. Very accommodating. However, I had a small issue with my order that did not match the description in every way, they immediately offered a return at their expense and a refund. I'm still thinking about it.....

Efficient, quite fast. Perhaps a personalized response is missing so that the service feels less automated.

Fast delivery thank you. Too bad I couldn't get the number I needed. There were only 2 pieces left and I needed 10. I have to place another order and pay the shipping fees again. Risking not having the necessary number again.

Buying online is very simple and the delivery is very fast. I am happy to have found the products I was looking for, however the quality of one of them is not as expected, I am waiting for news from the site to confirm that I will get an exchange.

Order processed and received quickly. Difficulties in placing the order (had to enter my email address and password multiple times and reconstruct the shopping cart several times).
