I received the wrong product (cloud lamp instead of moon). I sent an email and did not get a response.

Hello Madam, After verification, your email was indeed processed the same day and the replacement product has been shipped to you. Upon reading your severe comment, my colleague from customer service called you to verify that you had indeed received our email, which you confirmed to her. Our team is at your disposal for any further information. Best regards, Pure Deco mediator

very satisfied with the site: - very good tracking of the shipment, - very fast order shipping. A downside independent of the site: delivery by post which at the announced passage time on the notice, there was someone in the offices and no second passage was planned. Necessary trip to the post office.

The product is beautiful and meets our expectations. However, there is no assembly instructions and the provided fixing system is not suitable for Placo.

Excellent, punctual, material in perfect condition. However, the product was left at the entrance, with no help to carry it upstairs.

A misleading photo made me buy an item that turned out to be inappropriate for what I wanted. A garland from ***, photographed in a situation, suggests a size much larger than it actually is. Obviously a doctored photo. Very bad point.

Response from Pure Deco
Hello, Your comment having caught our attention, we checked the product sheet of the item you purchased. It turns out that the precise dimensions are well stated and that a photo with an armchair gives a good idea of the scale (even if the photos are always non-contractual, the dimensions are). Moreover, with a kit of pennants, we were able to compose a garland of 2.80 meters long, which may seem quite honest for a product at 7 euros. If the product does not satisfy you, you have 15 days (the product being on sale) to return it to us. To do this, I invite you to your customer area. Our customer service is also at your disposal by email. Best regards, The Pure Deco Customer Service

The delivery system needs to be reviewed (logistics): It is not possible to determine a precise delivery time. The cost for delivery to the door is excessive. The product meets expectations.

Sir, Concerned about the quality of our services, we have checked your order and I think you are mistaken with an order placed on another site. Indeed, we shipped your order of 2 shelves via Colissimo with a shipping cost of 6.90 euros for a package of 8 kilos. Hoping to have the pleasure of counting you among our customers again, Best regards, The Pure Deco Customer Service

Quick response to my order, so I am satisfied. I would only say that 4 emails for one order is too much for me and my inbox ("The order is received, the order will be prepared, the order is ready, the order will be shipped, the order has been shipped" - I am simplifying...)

Nothing to say about the delivery, punctual, well packaged. And overall very pleased with the choice of products. Very disappointed with the "Christmas tree" product.. yet it is prominently featured on your site. I found the idea very pretty.. I ended up with a plain sheet of stickers in size 10x15.. The stickers are reflective for a few brief minutes if exposed to light for a few hours and are only visible in absolute darkness. On the other hand, they are not easy to peel off and reposition. No wonder pure deco declines all responsibility for any damage to the walls. Really disappointed.

Very nice site with a great selection of products! As for the replacement, not enough description on the products (dimensions) and when there is a delay on a product, the entire delivery is postponed.
