I find that the ordered items looked much better on the site than in reality. I particularly ordered a laundry basket. To send it, it was compressed: the result is that it is all wrinkled and crumpled.

Lack of communication, we don't know where the order is, I paid with PayPal, fortunately this way I know that the payment was sent when I receive my package, I will see it well! when it is there!

Dear Madam, Upon reading your severe judgment on our service, we would like to make a comment. You ordered on November 13 a product indicated as available within 2 weeks, the availability information is indicated on our site, included in the shopping cart as well as in the order confirmation emails. Your order was shipped on November 21 and you were informed by email, which is an 8-day delay instead of 2 weeks. Our team is at your complete disposal to clarify this point if you wish. Best regards, The Pure Deco Customer Service

Hello, The two products purchased, from the same brand and apparently from the same collection (TESORA) do not have the same finish/color in reality? Unlike the photos on the site..? A concrete aspect, which is gray for the jewelry box, gray-yellow for the base of the jewelry holder... I am still a bit disappointed, as it doesn't look great side by side... ;-( But the quality is very, very good. So well... ***

Order placed, immediate debit on my bank account, no information received. To date, I do not know if the package has been shipped or not, when it is supposed to arrive, I have no contact with a potential carrier. Total silence I will have to call to get information, as no details are available online about the status of my order.

The NEWTON SUSPENDED LIGHT is a beautiful product. We chose the "white" version. There is no photo on the site, which is a pity. We found a photo on another site, the metal rod was black and the lampshade white. So we were surprised to receive a white rod... the wires remain black though... a bit of a pity... Otherwise, order and delivery very fast, without any problem. The delivery slot may be a bit long (08:00 - 17:30).

Pretty. Matches the photo well, however, it's a pity that the electrification was not included and that it was not mentioned in the product description.

Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to give your opinion on your experience with Pure Deco. You ordered a lampshade. Since lampshades are commonly delivered without electrification, it is true that we do not specify that it is not included. Thank you for your understanding and I hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. Best regards, Corinne from Pure Deco Customer Service

I ordered a toilet paper tree and wallpaper from this site and everything went well. I contacted customer service for a delivery delay and the person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and answered all my questions. My order arrived as per the products I ordered. The description and photos are true to the products sold.

Speed, well-packaged furniture. Just a downside regarding the choice of carrier which lacks flexibility regarding delivery days and time slots.

Choice of items Quality of shipping packaging Responsiveness of customer service Drawback: no information on the status of the shipment of the package which forced me to send a request because I had no way to see if the package had been sent or not.

Product delivered with simple delivery (no signature) Average quality product: dirty material (both the bamboo of the suspension and the white metal rods, stained) Deformed product in many places In a store, we would not have taken such a product, which must have been stored in a damp and dusty place. More attention should be paid to packaging during storage, this would have avoided the above issues (stains and deformation)

The price of the suspended light is high compared to the quality. The lamp is white and the suspension wire is black! The finishes are poorly suited for a suspension. In the end, it holds thanks to the electric wire which risks being cut due to its finishes that are not finishes. Not very reassuring... The seller should finish their product correctly.
