I am really very satisfied with my order. I love the item ordered, it is just as I saw it in the photo on your website. The quality of the packaging was top, everything went well. I will not hesitate to place another order soon and to promote your website to my acquaintances. I have nothing negative or particular to write to you.

Overall the product is as expected. However, it took 9 weeks for it to be sent. It was not clearly indicated on the page at the time of ordering that the item was available within 4 to 6 weeks. The response from customer service when I asked them after a month of waiting why my order was not moving was quite curt (not really friendly). When I wrote again after 7 weeks had passed, it took them a week to respond that the order was on its way from Italy. Normally, customer service does not look down on people. And the website should clearly warn that some items are not immediately available.
