I had ordered 2 glass carafes in light blue and green and I received a different color. The reshipment was a bit long while the person on the phone told me they would send it back immediately. For the return, I received a reshipment label.

The basket is very pretty and perfectly matches what I expected. I was less satisfied with the delivery, delayed for some unknown reason.

Lighten the computer procedure. Long and which was faulty during my order. (To the point that my interlocutor had to take control of my computer to finalize this order.)

Good friendly customer contact but the follow-up for those who live abroad is not up to par. We hope for a follow-up of the furniture to be delivered, which is not the case.

Hello, Order well received and in perfect condition. The only downside is the lack of information regarding the delivery delay. It would be good to inform the customer sooner than the customer comes to seek the information 😁 Beautiful lamps 🥰 Thank you and best regards.

I ordered paper napkins. They are of very good quality, very thick. Unfortunately, about ten napkins had a printing defect, a large part of the design was missing. I had an issue placing the order and the sales service was very kind, responsive, and attentive.

Delighted with my purchase, the candle holders are very beautiful, delicate, and chic. Perfect packaging for transport, fast delivery, excellent tracking of the package. The only downside is that the 3 packages were wrapped by you for gifting (with nice gift paper), which is a great touch, thank you, but you left the price on each candle holder, which is really a shame.

The garland is not programmable
Translated reviews
Response from Pure Deco
Hello, Following your comment, you purchased a garland for eleven euros that has a timer, it is not stated that it is programmable. Here is what is specified on our site: "after 6 hours of operation, the garland automatically turns off for 18 hours, then turns back on for 6 hours and so on". If this item does not suit you, you have the option to return it for a refund. Our Customer Service is at your disposal for more information. Best regards,

Hello, very good product, thank you. However, I did not expect to have so many customs fees in addition to the international shipping costs. This information should be provided to consumers so that they can make an informed decision. Thank you and good evening. Best regards

I am very happy with the product. I am likely to buy other products on your site. However, the "preparation of the package" is very long, you should not be in a hurry. As soon as the package is shipped, received 2 days later.

Practical for placing photos. However, it would have been practical to foresee a hanging system
Translated reviews
Response from Pure Deco
We follow up on your relevant remark and specify in this regard that we have stipulated this sentence in the description of the collage itself: "For fixing, just two screw heads on the wall and this large collage hangs on the screw heads with disconcerting ease." Therefore, no hanging system is provided as the photo frame simply hangs on screw heads. The ledge at the back is designed for this. We thank you for sharing this comment and hope you will derive full satisfaction from this beautiful product. Best regards, The Pure Deco team
