My order arrived in a timely manner, out of 4 lanterns one had a malfunction. A quick email to customer service a few days later and a new lantern was delivered to me, and I didn't even have to return the defective product. So a big congratulations to all of you for your seriousness.

Happy with this purchase, however I chose it in brown and the visual leans much more towards black! Error during order preparation or hallucinations on my part?!!....
