General remark on delivery: packages are systematically left outside in case of absence, which poses a risk of theft.

Fast shipping but shipping costs too high! As a result, this could hold me back for other orders. Otherwise, quality product even if the screws are very fragile.

Hello, Perfect delivery service, fast shipping and product in accordance with the description (aside from a few irregularities on the coating). As a restaurant manager, I will again call upon the professionalism of Pure Deco. Thank you

Hello. I received my package well. There was a delay. Which is not a problem. I had to contact you twice to inquire about an approximate delivery date. I would have simply liked to be informed. About the situation by your services. Best regards. ***

Very nice products, order fulfilled very quickly. A small downside for the return procedure which differs from usual procedures (agreement email with return slip to print as an attachment, which avoids having to return to the site) and is not very intuitive. I would recommend this store without any problem.

Despite a much longer delay than expected, Pure Deco managed this delay well by informing me and responding to all my requests. The product meets my expectations and arrived in good condition in careful packaging.

More responsiveness, slightly shorter deadlines, and a card or loyalty points because when you buy several items for €660 you expect a return from the seller as well. For the service, nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the products and originality.

Shipping costs to Belgium are quite discouraging (***) for small accessories. The packaging is done carefully but with too much bubble wrap (let's limit the amounts of plastic). Products seem to be of good quality (time will have to confirm this).

Hello, the candle has no assembly instructions. Well, with a bit of common sense, we manage. Except that the manufacturer provides a notice to fill the container but nothing for the assembly of its product. Otherwise, the shelf is perfect. Best regards, ***

Very aesthetic and functional paper basket but deplorable Chronopost delivery. The delivery person shoved the package into my mailbox and thus jammed the door! impossible to open this box: we had to wait for the postman's passage to remedy this ...!

Hello. Order delivered very quickly and the quality of the products is excellent. Just avoid sticking a Pure Deco label, about 6x4 cm on the back of the product that tears millimeter by millimeter when you want to remove it. Nothing more disappointing from a brand that seemed to pay attention to quality and its customers. Best regards.

I was hoping for brighter colored placemats and thicker material. Delay of 1 to 2 weeks, it was 2 weeks but product well packaged, received in impeccable condition and I like it despite everything. I recommend this site.

- large selection of very good quality products, at a high price but still reasonable - too bad the delivery is so slow, especially when it comes to a single product (out of stock, and whose availability on time is uncertain), which blocks the rest of the order!

Despite receiving a damaged product and some necessary email exchanges, we obtained a new product in good condition. The fact of keeping the damaged product as compensation is appreciated as the second jewelry box arrived after Christmas. Thank you for this gesture and I understand the delays during this holiday season.
