Hello, I am very disappointed that you did not specify that this lamp oil was not transparent but had a yellowish color.

Hello, I am satisfied with the ordered items. However, the package was forced into my mailbox by the delivery person, leaving no possibility to open it to retrieve the package. I had to moisten the cardboard with water so that it took up less space and be able to turn the key in the lock to finally open it. Your site indicates that it is important to check the contents of the order in the presence of the delivery person but in this case, I could not do it; fortunately, the items were not damaged! Best regards,

Hello, Your service is very good, however I am completely disappointed with the jewelry box. Your site leads me to believe that these are made in France products, hence the prices which I find high, but I thought it was worth the cost and ultimately when I receive the box: Made in China! A box worth ***€ made in China, what a shame. I feel cheated. I wanted to return the item but I couldn't find my order on your site. In short, bad experience and I absolutely do not recommend you.....

Hello, purchasing on your site is easy, navigation is pleasant and the products are well highlighted. The package arrived very well packaged and I am delighted with the quality and aesthetics of the bench I purchased. However, I regretted having to contact you for news about the delivery which was 3 weeks late. It is normal that during a pandemic deliveries are disrupted, however, an informative follow-up message (spontaneous) would have been appreciated given the price of the product. This will not prevent me from ordering again on your site. Best regards.

Beautiful suspension but very unfortunate that the safety sticker is placed on the visible part of the brass because once removed, the sticker takes off with a slight layer of brass and leaves behind glue that is impossible to clean. For a suspension of this size, the mark is quite visible. Moreover, there are a few slight imperfections on the brass, but I think that depends on the batch this time. In short, a bit expensive due to these 2 defects.

The delivery took a little longer than expected but the shelves arrived in perfect condition. However, the quality of the fixing screws was a bit disappointing: the head of two of them detached while they had not finished their course and we could not remove them from the plug and replace them.

Hello, I confirm that your order has been shipped in its entirety in two separate packages. My colleague from customer service informed me that one of the packages is currently in customs, we are sorry but unfortunately, we cannot intervene on the customs clearance. Best regards,

The products are of very good quality, except for the screws and pads that I replaced with others because the heads of the screws were not deep enough for the screwdriver not to slip.

Pretty product and quality. Fast shipping. The only downside is that the delivery company insulted me because the building to deliver is at the end of an alley. I opened the gate for him to deliver at the bottom of the building, he insulted me claiming that he only delivered on the street (more than 100m away). For a very bulky package, he left the package without waiting for me and threatened to leave with it if I was not happy. To check the package in the presence of the delivery person as stated on your site is quite inconvenient!!! Service to be reviewed.

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to write a comment, but this is probably an error. Indeed, you ordered table sets indicated as available within 2 weeks and your order was shipped 10 days later, so the delay was shorter than the announced delay. We thank you for your trust, Best regards,
