Good choice of products but too bad the shipping costs are so high! A cheaper option at a relay point would be desirable... Moreover, the shipment was particularly long: ordered on 03/12, I was only confirmed the handling on 10/12 - package received on 12/12 Regarding the product, it will be given next week so I have not yet been able to check the quality.

Hello, After reading your comment, I confirm that the shipping costs are a flat fee of 6.90 euros regardless of the amount and weight of your orders. As for the delay, I am very surprised by your comment because you chose a product that was indicated to be available within 2 weeks and your order was shipped much earlier, precisely one week after your order. I would have liked to be better informed about the delivery date. I did receive an email but a few days before delivery while the order was placed more than 15 days before. The site clearly stated that some items would only be available in 15 days but no information once the order was validated until a few days before delivery.

Adapt the packaging to the product... I received an enormous box for ultimately a foldable rug with a plastic support that was not fragile, it could have been packaged differently to limit waste upon unpacking. (container) However, it was neat, little pink paper -> cute :-)
