Response from Pure Deco
Hello, In response to your comment, we would like to provide important clarification: - your order was placed on 10/07 at 8 PM so you could not receive it on the 12th with standard delivery - it was shipped on 11/07 although it consists of a discounted item - you should indeed have received it on Friday the 13th - Saturday the 14th being a holiday, delivery was made on Monday the 16th. In the end, there is only one day of delay on the part of the carrier, we are sorry and we ask you to please excuse us. We hope to have the pleasure of fully satisfying you during your next order. Best regards, The Pure Deco Customer Service

Efficient, quite fast. Perhaps a personalized response is missing so that the service feels less automated.

Fast delivery thank you. Too bad I couldn't get the number I needed. There were only 2 pieces left and I needed 10. I have to place another order and pay the shipping fees again. Risking not having the necessary number again.

Buying online is very simple and the delivery is very fast. I am happy to have found the products I was looking for, however the quality of one of them is not as expected, I am waiting for news from the site to confirm that I will get an exchange.

It is just a pity that you have to block a day for delivery: delivery time slot: 8am/5:30pm!

Order processed and received quickly. Difficulties in placing the order (had to enter my email address and password multiple times and reconstruct the shopping cart several times).

very satisfied with the site: - very good tracking of the shipment, - very fast order shipping. A downside independent of the site: delivery by post which at the announced passage time on the notice, there was someone in the offices and no second passage was planned. Necessary trip to the post office.

The product is beautiful and meets our expectations. However, there is no assembly instructions and the provided fixing system is not suitable for Placo.

Excellent, punctual, material in perfect condition. However, the product was left at the entrance, with no help to carry it upstairs.

I received the item identical to what was presented on the site, what I find unfortunate is paying for shipping and not being delivered quickly hence the rating of 3/5

The delivery system needs to be reviewed (logistics): It is not possible to determine a precise delivery time. The cost for delivery to the door is excessive. The product meets expectations.

Response from Pure Deco
Sir, Concerned about the quality of our services, we have checked your order and I think you are mistaken with an order placed on another site. Indeed, we shipped your order of 2 shelves via Colissimo with a shipping cost of 6.90 euros for a package of 8 kilos. Hoping to have the pleasure of counting you among our customers again, Best regards, The Pure Deco Customer Service
