I have not yet received my order since there was a delay of 3 weeks, but I had to call customer service and I spoke to a competent, kind, and efficient person, I have already ordered and everything went well.

Product conforms to the order and its description on the site. Delivery time respected and product delivered well packaged and clean. Second very satisfactory purchase on this site.

Quick response to my order, so I am satisfied. I would only say that 4 emails for one order is too much for me and my inbox ("The order is received, the order will be prepared, the order is ready, the order will be shipped, the order has been shipped" - I am simplifying...)

Very bad delivery service providing no more precise time slot than 8:00 AM / 5:30 PM which blocks the entire day. The delivery person left my 25 kg shelves in the hall of my building for me to carry up alone. Normally, there is an option that allows you to choose if the package is delivered to your home for an additional fee. It is impossible for me to order from sites with complicated deliveries. Otherwise, perfect product and perfect condition of the product.

Nothing to say about the delivery, punctual, well packaged. And overall very pleased with the choice of products. Very disappointed with the "Christmas tree" product.. yet it is prominently featured on your site. I found the idea very pretty.. I ended up with a plain sheet of stickers in size 10x15.. The stickers are reflective for a few brief minutes if exposed to light for a few hours and are only visible in absolute darkness. On the other hand, they are not easy to peel off and reposition. No wonder pure deco declines all responsibility for any damage to the walls. Really disappointed.

Hello, I am very very disappointed with the delivery. Yesterday the transport company called me to inform me that my table would be delivered today and that I should be home all day. I waited until 4 PM and still nothing, I called the delivery company and the lady told me the delivery person is not coming today, he will come tomorrow.

Fast delivery, very well before Christmas! However, I ordered pretty boxes that arrived with the corners a bit damaged by transport.

Very nice site with a great selection of products! As for the replacement, not enough description on the products (dimensions) and when there is a delay on a product, the entire delivery is postponed.

I cannot give my opinion as I have not yet received my package: 15 days delay! a bit long for a delivery in France. I recently ordered from an Australian site, delivery time: 10 days!

I find that the ordered items looked much better on the site than in reality. I particularly ordered a laundry basket. To send it, it was compressed: the result is that it is all wrinkled and crumpled.

Hello, The two products purchased, from the same brand and apparently from the same collection (TESORA) do not have the same finish/color in reality? Unlike the photos on the site..? A concrete aspect, which is gray for the jewelry box, gray-yellow for the base of the jewelry holder... I am still a bit disappointed, as it doesn't look great side by side... ;-( But the quality is very, very good. So well... ***

The NEWTON SUSPENDED LIGHT is a beautiful product. We chose the "white" version. There is no photo on the site, which is a pity. We found a photo on another site, the metal rod was black and the lampshade white. So we were surprised to receive a white rod... the wires remain black though... a bit of a pity... Otherwise, order and delivery very fast, without any problem. The delivery slot may be a bit long (08:00 - 17:30).

Pretty. Matches the photo well, however, it's a pity that the electrification was not included and that it was not mentioned in the product description.

Response from Pure Deco
Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to give your opinion on your experience with Pure Deco. You ordered a lampshade. Since lampshades are commonly delivered without electrification, it is true that we do not specify that it is not included. Thank you for your understanding and I hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. Best regards, Corinne from Pure Deco Customer Service

I ordered a toilet paper tree and wallpaper from this site and everything went well. I contacted customer service for a delivery delay and the person I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and answered all my questions. My order arrived as per the products I ordered. The description and photos are true to the products sold.
