I had ordered 2 glass carafes in light blue and green and I received a different color. The reshipment was a bit long while the person on the phone told me they would send it back immediately. For the return, I received a reshipment label.

Item received dented, too bad since the product was bought as a gift, but the phone contact to inform the store was very pleasant and the refund was made upon photo. These things can happen and I maintain total trust for the future.

Very fast shipping. Reception without problems. I thought the porcelain was varnished based on some photos... but it is matte... I think Mr. Cruchot will please, as it is a gift 😊
