It's a great console, loving all the games

A few games are wonky (to be expected), and the controller configuration takes a while to get used, otherwise, a fabulous purchase

At last, a unique way to play the games of yesteryear! Not everything is perfect, some games don't work, some are missing :) but the end result is simply fantastic. I hope we'll have more updates to complete the game library, and many thanks again!

Overall satisfied. Small downside: the after-sales service was unreachable and the callback was late (2 days).

Had a few issues at the start . Didn’t realise I’d have to pay 20% import tax and did t think it was that clear on the website but my fault to be fair . Item arrived and the sound didn’t work . Took a few days to get sorted with their tech support but now all working . I spent ages deciding whether to buy the Retrobox 4 as it comes at just over £700 but now it’s working I have to say it’s bloody amazing . there are lots of cheaper alternatives but it’s the hardware that makes all the games play properly and there are SO many systems on there . I’ve got a hacked nes mini with retro arch on it and it’s not great . If you like Retro games and you’ve got the cash you’re in for a treat with this ! 😀

As a general rule, everything goes smoothly - delivery times and after-sales service by telephone. But unfortunately, when the product is no longer under warranty, it's impossible to have it repaired "even if you want to pay for the repair" or to have it taken back to buy a new one.

I bought this card mainly for the 2321 games on the Atari ST, which are not available on the ???? card.

Very good machine. Boutique retrogaming is very reactive when we have questions about delivery times or technical questions about the machine.
