Three stars because of the shipping time not respected at all announced between 7 to 10 days and finally more than one month of waiting, otherwise the product is in conformity with some details, rom in double, all is not scraper correctly, error between the name and the video of certain games. And finally, the package is not very well protected. Too bad, we're not far from perfection.

Customer service no problem responds quickly enough to mail ... On the other hand, shipping services could be much better. I'm waiting more than a month to receive a retro box 4'''and in my opinion, the amount should only be withdrawn when the package is sent.

Very satisfied! OK, I read in the other comments that the delivery times are a bit long, and I agree (Retrobox 8 ordered on June 26, received on July 20), but first you have to understand that it's not a big team, and that on our machines there's a lot of work to be done... And above all this wait is compensated by the availability and great kindness of the people at the retrogaming store, who always call back in the evening when you leave them a message. And as for the product, my order was extremely well protected, and conformed to what is displayed on their site, and with the little sweets that go with it 😉.

Simple and correct. Recommended for all gamers. Don't forget to adjust for certain games. (Ex Chrono Cross PSX is fluid on 640x480 screen) PS Tutorials for launching certain emulators (amiga or other) would be nice.
