I am still waiting for a refund (order no. 30342) after having sent back the super pi on September 08. I'm going to wait a few more days and if I'm still not reimbursed I'll go to a consumer association to assert my rights as a consumer. It is incomprehensible to have to wait so long for a simple refund.

I got ripped off. Non-existent after sales service.

The console is well finished and the menu allows to navigate between the different consoles. The drawbacks: - The number of favorites is limited to 26, out of 10000 games it is really not practical - Some games don't work - There is no game search screen on all consoles - Some games are slow, especially on the Nintendo 64

Good but can and should do better. Good quality and well optimized consoles with a price accordingly. Unfortunately, there are several concerns: -Long delivery times. -Communication with the shop and after sales service very average and it's a shame!

Very disappointed with the service. One number given, where I left a message, nobody ever called me back. Many games are not accessible (in the list but they don't launch) and many games are not playable, no buttons to launch them. I'm still waiting for the arrival of my order of 684.86 euros placed on August 20, 2020, so 3 weeks ago. On August 26 I received an email announcing that my order is being prepared and delivered. Then nothing...I call and I listen to the beautiful music of the fairies of Zelda on the answering machine but I NEVER have anyone. After many emails and messages on the website, I received a call 1 week ago telling me that a new package would be sent to me via tracked parcel and that on Wednesday or Thursday, I would receive my order. It is now Thursday, and I have not received an order or a message of sending the parcel...nothing. I'm waiting for a commercial gesture and I'll keep everyone informed of the quality of the products...if my order arrives. PS: I would like a free controller as a commercial gesture...

Service nonexistent Console good at the base. But after-sales service is non-existent. Following a problem on the console and after several relaunching nobody has deigned to answer me. The one year follow-up is a lie. Big disappointment.

A good potential to work ! The power supply provided with the megaretroPI pack failed in less time than expected (5 days), I had connected on it a keyboard and a wired mouse and an external hard drive2 "5 and a controller. I would have liked to see on the website that not all controllers are compatible. I was also very surprised to see that I had a raspberry pi 3 card with a gig of RAM. I'm not sure what to do with it. I paid 1 euro per gigabyte but everything is far from perfect there are a lot of games that are unusable especially apple c64 oric to7 etc etc. there are also a lot of games that have copy protection messages in the games and demos. On the other hand you can enrich your website with references to the websites of the emulator developers, so that all the information is in one place. Anyway I found some MAME games but it's a pity I already have a version I'm very happy with. On that note I wish you all the best. No matter which game you choose, it always starts the same...(RPG map in Japanese...) My biggest disappointment was to see that on PS ONE, LEGEND OF MANA didn't respond ( I tested several controllers), and, oh sadness, SAGA FRONTIER 2 doesn't work either. We get the intro, some dialogues, then, once the king comes back to see his son and talked to his wife...black screen...(EVERY TIME) I'm still waiting for an answer from the SAV for some advice...
