I am not satisfied with the delivery time. I ordered since November 3rd and my package only left on November 6th.

Very unhappy 14 days after ordering, no news of my order, still in progress. No answer to the email sent, waiting

Big scam with a big part of the game that doesn't work, that's my opinion.

The micro sd card with 45000 games is very buggy for the number of times I have played it, despite the fact that I have gone on a new raspberry purchased from a competitor.

Very good idea for a console, however many games have bugs (save not working, game elements not working), it's a shame and a pity.

The image quality is not good. A little disappointed with the quality of the image which is blurred. And yet the video on youtube shows that the image is very clear.

At the beginning everything was fine. unfortunately, advertising of sending in 24 hours false, received in 4 days. upon receipt, no signal on screens, I had to cobble together while on the site the ad says everything is tested before departure but team rather reactive to answer questions. after 15 days of galere in use, they noticed 1 problem on the program, support for return and sending the replacement (in stock). I was told that it leaves tomorrow (to receive the package in 2 or 3 days) 1 week passed and still nothing. 1 mail to ask and as luckily mail confirmation of departure package following my mail ... I would not have asked, I would never have received the return ... really not serious in the end ... for the price

I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get a new one, but I'm sure I'll be able to get a new one... Despite a first console received with bugs (I'm waiting for the second one to be sent), it's a quality product with a pleasant interface and lots of little extras compared to the original game versions, such as rewinding and saving the game level ;-)

I am satisfied overall so why 1 star out of 5 the reason is simple in your advertising it was about the games of the ps1 and to my great surprise I understand that I find myself with an old version without the playstation games and I must not be the only one so happy for the old games and disappointed by the lack of ps1 games that I loved in my childhood

Order with 48-72h delivery.... One week later still no parcel... My payment was cashed in 12 hours... The gift will be late... hoping to receive it one day and in good condition

Big disappointment. I bought the retrobox II for more than 500 euros (since withdrawn from sale) when they were not ready to sell it (late delivery, console problems, ...) Finally received and almost unplayable as the necessary configurations for each emulator, not to mention the controllers, were messy... I'm not sure I'll ever be able to get the same level of service again. The team is nice and reactive but never precise answers, everything is still fine....

Can do better Delivery in 5 days instead of 3 days announced. The packaging is very average (half-open box). Some games don't work (about 50 out of 6000). Otherwise good little console.

Arrived in a hurry. Istruzioni scarse e solo in francese. Bluetooth non funzionante(goffo tentativo di rimediare inserendo un ricevitore via USB) e probabilmente anche wi fi. Per una un oggetto pagato quasi 400 euro(N64), direi al limite Della presa in giro o della truffa. Se non verrò ricontattato a breve con valide spiegazioni, segnaleró la cosa a chi di competenza. Ho speso tutti questi soldi ben sapendo che tutto il kit costerebbe 1/4 della spesa solo per non dover pensare a nient altro che a un plug n play. Per il resto... Ci mancherebbe anche che i giochi non funzionassero.

Big delay in delivery (more than a week). After a cordial contact with a person in charge, on my initiative, an additional controller had been promised as compensation, but the package contained only the planned order.

The post office was unable to scan my item and I was 15 days late with the delivery... Not a catastrophic inconvenience but avoidable.

A bit expensive for a box that contains its roms and emulator available for free online, but nice to have a dedicated box anyway. Some games are accelerated, others don't work, a lot of duplicates, a few missing games, a search engine that's a bit off-putting. 13/20

A pi is a lot of work to code ^^ especially since there are ready-made images. But don't forget that selling rom's without licenses is not legal in France and in Europe ;).
