Honestly, I ordered on December 18, 2021 and I received it 2 months later, the deadline was 14 days but apparently you had supply problems, the problem I raise comes from the fact that you do not give any news on the order, I called more than 4 times and send 5 emails to have information on my order, You always answered which is already correct but you give strictly no news on the status of the order thereafter, we wait without having any news from you, it's really very frustrating because each time you tell me that you will keep me informed and 15 days later still no news of the order.... Take the time to inform your customers when you have a problem because 2 months of waiting after having paid 50€ of delivery fees to have normally the product in 48H by fedex and that in the end you receive it 2 months later it leaves an aftertaste of being taken for an idiot. Regarding the device The product is really top, it works well except for a dozen games that does not launch but on 55000 we can excuse the bugs, thank you for the small package of candy in the package, the children were delighted :) I would have appreciated another gesture on your part, such as giving me the 66000 games instead of 55000, it would have been like a doliprane to calm the wait and a good surprise at the end to satisfy our weariness. Thank you for having kept your commitment despite all these events.

No way to get an answer to the mails sent, no sound other than through the jack of the thing, some games work but the commands are not recognized.

Null!!!! A scam . I ordered an Argon 512go console, I received it out of time (3 months later), dysfunctions of the games, no after sales service!!!! My console is currently under repair since November 07! I played only once!!!!

Hello. The console is perfect for my needs. It is small and practical nothing to say about the console just a little downside is with the controller provided. I have to disconnect it and reconnect it several times to get it recognized... Apart from this small detail you can buy it with your eyes closed! Thanks to retro gaming store for their reactivity and professionalism!

I received my package 28 days after ordering when it was noted 7 days for manufacturing and 3 days for delivery! I've been using it for a while now and it's not working! The remote control doesn't work with the games and the console doesn't have a switch, so every time I want to play I have to unplug and plug it in again! I can't leave the console in my TV cabinet which has the plugs behind! I can't recommend this console at all!

I'm not sure what the quality of the product is, I still haven't received any information on the manufacturing delay and the worst thing is that for an object of this price, you use the worst carrier that exists. Fedex. At the time I'm writing these words, the parcel should have arrived but it is as usual with this carrier, impossible to know where it is. If you want to manufacture elsewhere than in France, at least have the decency to use a carrier that does not have the worst reputation in the world.

The product conforms to the order. The covid has impacted on the delivery of the material. I had the surprise of having 4 raffaello in compensation for the wait and I spend hours of my childhood games. I let myself be rocked by my childhood nostalgia.

The principle is excellent but the realization leaves much to be desired. I received a first non-functional console, sent back to the after-sales service at my expense. More than 2 months of waiting to get one back and some games don't work. I chose this site because it offers N64 games that the competition does not have, but if I had to do it again I would do without.

Many dreams... Hardware that does not follow the dream offered for sale. More than 50000 games according to the advertisement! The reality is different. More than 30000 games don't work and the console functions don't work either... I'm still waiting for a call back to propose a solution... more than 6 months of waiting and still no solution... I don't recommend this site.

Package received late, hard drive and usb key not conforming to the photos..... of a ridiculous level of quality compared to what I was supposed to receive, deceitful salesman with his photos, chocolates in the box (nice) but which melted..... in short disappointed, received before leaving on holiday I could not return it, still in its box so much that I find it shameful.... The items offered are not finished and do not work. I ordered Retrobox+DD 4to which I returned. The proposal was to fix the problem, an access to my personal computer (which according to the person I had by mail (I have the evidence) intervened daily to correct the bugs ? (to think about). The refund within 14 days? I've been waiting for 1 month. Company in financial difficulty because not able to respect its own conditions of sale. To be avoided. Top material retrobox 2 to asus pn 50 for my part mail and phone answers also only negative point, preparation time and delivery were a little long, a month of waiting otherwise the rest is perfect.

6Tb hard drive expected since July 2021! Sent a first time defective, I was forced to send it back for exchange... We arrive in November and still no return but promises, always promises! I think I made a bad choice! I have lost almost 400 euros but I will not stop there. Be careful when you order from them...

Overall happy with this console, but for the price ps3 emulation would have been welcome! Or at least a little tuto to install it... In any case beautiful little jewel, thank you to the Retrogaming team.

Very satisfied with my purchase. The delivery was on time and in a carefully protected package. I would like to see a more detailed manual on the general operation of the retrobox because the possibilities are so immense that one can get lost. A database allowing a search by game name for all media seems useful (but maybe it already exists). The console runs perfectly, the games are smooth and it's a real pleasure to go back to my old consoles and the atari 800 which was my first computer. I highly recommend this purchase and the price is well deserved by the quality of the hardware.
