Bad experience, I do not advise this site.

Everything is working fine:) Nickel ??

The hard drive doesn't work. So no games. No positive response from the team. My opinion will change if they can fix the problem or change my drive. It's been over 3 weeks.

NESPi4 console option 50000 games ordered on 29/09 received on 9/10 with 11 games.....and of course not the best. From then on, calls, emails, meetings, etc.... When I manage to get someone, it's pretty nice but it does not progress, I'm told I will receive another product but no information, nor delivery date. I'm waiting for the next step, hoping for a happy and quick outcome

I ordered a console with 51,000 games but when I received it (a week later) none of the games worked on about 20 different platforms. I sent the console back within the legal retraction period to get my money back and now I'm told I'll get my money back within the next 3 weeks. To this day, still no refund is made.
