I have never received a parcel, I was taken for a ride... it's more like a scam than an online business... No one answers the email... The people behind the website act like everything is normal... Anodyne answer and NOTHING... I'm still waiting for the package after 4 weeks of paying! RUN AWAY!

I am still waiting for a refund (order no. 30342) after having sent back the super pi on September 08. I'm going to wait a few more days and if I'm still not reimbursed I'll go to a consumer association to assert my rights as a consumer. It is incomprehensible to have to wait so long for a simple refund.

Second handheld I've ordered, and it's really flawless. It remains to be seen how long the RK2020 will last, as there have been reports of battery problems, and a longer lasting battery would be better. But in any case, on the SD card there are only the best games, I have not tested them all, but the cult titles work. So despite the high price, it's worth it, especially since there are games that are either unavailable or overpriced now, all in portable form. Great!

Many games are not accessible (in the list but they don't launch) and many games are not playable, no buttons to launch them. I'm still waiting for the arrival of my order of 684.86 euros placed on August 20, 2020, so 3 weeks ago. On August 26 I received an email announcing that my order is being prepared and delivered. Then nothing...I call and I listen to the beautiful music of the fairies of Zelda on the answering machine but I NEVER have anyone. After many emails and messages on the website, I received a call 1 week ago telling me that a new package would be sent to me via tracked parcel and that on Wednesday or Thursday, I would receive my order. It is now Thursday, and I have not received an order or a message of sending the parcel...nothing. I'm waiting for a commercial gesture and I'll keep everyone informed of the quality of the products...if my order arrives. PS: I would like a free controller as a commercial gesture...

Retrobox 2 to After hesitating for a while, I finally decided to buy the retrobox 2 to. It's great to be able to play rocky legend, tekken 5, FFX on ps2 or Goldeneye, mario kart or zelda on the N64. Not to mention the game cube, dreamcast, ps1 and even the psp. The games run smoothly and the graphics are top notch even on the oldest consoles. The console is quiet but also very small. The controllers are automatically detected. They are also very easy to set up if you don't like the configuration. Ps3, Xbox controllers work perfectly. Already several weeks that I use it is perfect, fast startup efficient menu possibility to put games in favorites. I'm not afraid of the price, if you compare the number of games to the price of buying them in stores, you're a winner. There is even the possibility to pay in several times for small budgets.
