Very good advisor and good after-sales service but be careful with portable consoles that have a manufacturing defect in the casing.

2TB disk reversed

The product ordered does not work.

My order was missing a joystick, hence the 2 stars.

we're sold a dream with a hard disk that just needs plugging in, but we get a disk that needs to be assembled and, as an added surprise, I didn't receive the USB key to use it.

Had to relaunch for order to be taken into account. BlueTooth controller missing. Still not delivered after 1 1/2 months.

Customer service no problem responds quickly enough to mail ... On the other hand, shipping services could be much better. I'm waiting more than a month to receive a retro box 4'''and in my opinion, the amount should only be withdrawn when the package is sent.

After ordering, I received the console fairly quickly, but there were a few problems with it once it was up and running (juice cut on the casing and inability to get sound despite digging into the settings), so "unfortunately" I asked for a return (refund).

The screen regularly jumps when playing games. The controller doesn't fit the diagonal, so many fighting games are unplayable.

The card is not working properly. I sent an email and got no response.

Bah frankly disappointed. I bought a micro sd that doesn't work on my rasberry PI .... The service department asked me to do a lot of things when I had another sd that worked well on the rasberry with another software ... By dint of removing and putting back the sd and with the stress I dropped the sd which slipped under the floorboard.... In short, it was a real bummer (I'm not going to dismantle the floor for that .... Deg I just made carrot 100 balls!

It's over priced alot of games don't work. Same Games are duplicate and most important they ship the item so you pay very high custom charges. The console had a software update so I updated it now all the games stop working and sound is messed up if they do work. The company said you should not update the software, its their company update .AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY DONT HELP. Wasted over £350 including cusom charges.

I'm not rating the store itself, but the product sold, in this case the Retrobox 4 - Why this rating? Well, because the PS VITA isn't functional and the PINBALLS games don't have key settings, so you have to do some research to find out how to map the buttons - not impossible, of course, but it's supposed to be plug and play, isn't it? Too bad, because the product is fine

I ordered a hard drive from Boutique Retrogaming. The hard disk was very badly packed (a simple black film) and arrived defective. The same day I notified the after-sales service, which took 10 days to get back to me. Following a video showing the problem, I was authorized to return the faulty product at my own expense. With no news for a month, after a reminder, the after-sales service told me: "Your hard drive arrived in the workshop broken..., your hard drive is out of warranty, it will be returned to you within a week." I've paid 300 euros, received a faulty product and they're implying that I've damaged it, even though I reported it on the day I received it. Point to remember: they respond 1 time out of 10. You are responsible for faulty products, as the customer must be dishonest. The company is registered in Bulgaria, which allows them to behave as they please. For other customers, the CEC can help you initiate a complaint on a foreign site.

Order arrived very late Received console reconditioned and does not work properly (sound that works from time to time and crashes from time to time)

Had to pay £127 extra with DHL to receive my product past customs

As a general rule, everything goes smoothly - delivery times and after-sales service by telephone. But unfortunately, when the product is no longer under warranty, it's impossible to have it repaired "even if you want to pay for the repair" or to have it taken back to buy a new one.

Hello I received the console but not the controller number 55516 too bad

it takes a long time to receive the order and it's not what you expect. e.g.: the m2 case of the switch disk. the system isn't finished, as Jay says in the videos.

Order placed on July 27: I was supposed to be delivered to my vacation destination in a few days 3 to 5 and no news from them! I had to follow them up with 4 or 5 emails to be sure of being delivered before leaving again, and always got replies 2 days late! In the end, I was treated like a gentleman and almost insulted, even though they don't know how to respect the delivery times indicated and reply on time. They simply cancelled my order. Not at all professional.

Very Very Disappointed. I have a memory card for Steamdeck with 54000 games and it didn't work. I sent it back for exchange so now I'm waiting.

Thanks for the product, but I can't get any sound, I don't understand why, I go through all the settings and sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't... it's not great... plus some (flagship) games don't work. I'm thinking in particular of tomB raider 1er 2... ( even when changing emulator...) and some others don't work either. So I'm really sorry but I've already spent a lot of time trying to fix these problems (which are still not solved) instead of enjoying this console which I'm sure has potential... thanks anyway. I'll keep watching. I hope you won't let me down on the service front ... cdlt

No order confirmation email, no order tracking. No indication that order has been registered. Delivery times not respected. 6 to 9 days received 1 month later.

I was happy with the merchandise, but the communication... I was first mocked and then almost verbally abused, and I ended up being blocked, just because I asked a few questions about the merchandise... I had never seen that before.

1 month and 30 days. That's how long the service has been working. And since nothing. Black screen at startup. The customer service is still listening and working hard to try to find a solution. But nothing concrete. I can't recommend the retrogaming store or the service offered. When it works it's nice, but when it doesn't it's very frustrating and a big waste of time and money. I am still waiting for a solution after my purchase .... Beware of future buyers. You can spend a lot of money and end up with nothing. This is my case.

I made 2 separate orders. For one, no problem and I am very satisfied with the product. For the other, the package was not delivered and the store has done nothing to correct the situation for almost 3 months.

I really like the website. But cot6 phone call is 0 out of 10. Dsl but we can never get them. And the delivery it's the same it's not great too. Too much waiting.

Console well received but nothing works very disappointed

Disappointed with the customer experience.... No contact by phone possible. I bought a console for 250€ when the day before it was still 200€.... And this same console goes back to 200€ a few days after my purchase.... So not very happy

I received my console but there are no games. The sd card is missing. I paid extra to get the games and nothing.

Not much to say about the delivery and the condition of the material. Everything is OK. Unfortunately, once the machine is in hand, it is a big disappointment! Many games don't work! I bought a retro console some time ago and it's exactly the same result. The same games that don't work! Very very disappointing for the price!!!

Positive point we really have the essential of Retro Gaming and interface simpa.negative point too many goal of games that does not pass that turns to slow impossible to play with the ps4 controllers without spinning.900 euros with so many problems I find that it does not deserve them.
