Following a claim, my posts on their page were deleted and then I was banned from the page. To date still no confirmation of sending the sd card while the first collection has a code error (incomplete file). I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to get the card, but I'm sure I'll be able to get it. I'm not sure how to get the card to the post office, but I'm sure they will be able to get it to the post office and I'm sure they will be able to get the card to the post office. I strongly advise you to go to the competition who sell at the same price or to assemble it yourself since I take more time with the service department than to assemble it myself. RETROBOX 2TB Quality hardware Quality hardware, 3 years warranty for the Intel mini PC. Everything works without any slowdown. More than 45000 games were provided to me in the console. The XBOX controller and the Retroflag controllers bought in addition work perfectly. The preparation time of the order is a bit long (10 days). The total price may seem high but I am satisfied with my purchase and do not regret it.

Console (emulator) really at the top. Everything works and there are 45000 games (maybe 2 or 3 that bug). I found absolutely all the games of my childhood. Every time my friends come to my place, they are amazed too. Not one is missing ! Easy to use for most consoles, just two tips: - plug in a playstation controller for games on playstation or Nintendo 64 consoles - plug in a keyboard/mouse for computer games (Amiga, Commodore 64)... There is room for improvement (4 USB plugs). I'm very pleased with the service, I received the console 4 days after ordering. They also respond quickly to your questions. I would not recommend the Monidal Relay delivery option, it's a big mess! (It's not the first time it's happened to me with them.)

I would have put "good" but just a few details have made the score drop a little. 1) due to a supply problem of their components, my order arrived more than two weeks later. It doesn't really bother me if the sales department would have contacted me to let me know about this problem. But it was me, who after a few days, contacted this department to know where my order was (ready to be received by the postal service for a week). 2) There are enough games that don't work (even when changing the emulation configuration of the game) or others that "bellow" or run in slow motion (Warriors of Migth anf Magic from Playstation, which I love, for example). It's not perfect, but you have to understand that it's emulation. ...otherwise it's a nice machine with games to play all your life, around childhood memories and nice discoveries! I hope later to be able to redo the lists a bit, delete the games I don't use (or can't use) and register new ones that are interesting!

On the whole, everything went well despite the small blockage at the post office following a missing document, but which subsequently went through anyway. It's a pity that most of the games are in English, and that the product is not in blister packs to prevent customs or others from looking at what's inside.
