1 month and 30 days. That's how long the service has been working. And since nothing. Black screen at startup. The customer service is still listening and working hard to try to find a solution. But nothing concrete. I can't recommend the retrogaming store or the service offered. When it works it's nice, but when it doesn't it's very frustrating and a big waste of time and money. I am still waiting for a solution after my purchase .... Beware of future buyers. You can spend a lot of money and end up with nothing. This is my case.

I made 2 separate orders. For one, no problem and I am very satisfied with the product. For the other, the package was not delivered and the store has done nothing to correct the situation for almost 3 months.

I'm very happy with the shipping, customer service and delivery. On the other hand some disappointments on the product. A lot of games that don't launch and no thumbnails of the games for some major consoles... very unfortunate but overall nice product anyway.

Disappointed with the customer experience.... No contact by phone possible. I bought a console for 250€ when the day before it was still 200€.... And this same console goes back to 200€ a few days after my purchase.... So not very happy

I received my package 28 days after ordering when it was noted 7 days for manufacturing and 3 days for delivery! I've been using it for a while now and it's not working! The remote control doesn't work with the games and the console doesn't have a switch, so every time I want to play I have to unplug and plug it in again! I can't leave the console in my TV cabinet which has the plugs behind! I can't recommend this console at all!

The Sav service responds quickly but in case of failure the repair is very long, 3 months to send me another console. Beware many games do not work or are of poor graphic quality on PS1 and N64, many duplicates or more.

I'm not sure what the quality of the product is, I still haven't received any information on the manufacturing delay and the worst thing is that for an object of this price, you use the worst carrier that exists. Many dreams... Hardware that does not follow the dream offered for sale. More than 50000 games according to the advertisement! The reality is different. More than 30000 games don't work and the console functions don't work either... I'm still waiting for a call back to propose a solution... more than 6 months of waiting and still no solution... 6Tb hard drive expected since July 2021! Sent a first time defective, I was forced to send it back for exchange... We arrive in November and still no return but promises, always promises! I think I made a bad choice! I have lost almost 400 euros but I will not stop there. Be careful when you order from them...

A good gaming experience overall but sometimes accompanied by some problems of display that freezes that forces to restart the system and some games that does not launch even after changing settings! And that I can return it. I'm still happy with the games, because it's for my 7 year old son and a few nice games are enough for his happiness. But for those of you hoping for the games advertised...
